Propool totals every stay from the calendar, applies the fees you set for each property, and gives each owner a statement in baht that does not change after it is issued.
Where the evening goes
Most rental management businesses close the month by copying bookings from each channel into a spreadsheet, subtracting fees by hand and emailing a PDF. Every copied number is a chance for an error your owner will find first.
Propool starts from the reservations already on the calendar, so the income on a statement is the income that was booked.
What a statement contains
- One property, one period, one currency
- Gross income from every stay in the period
- Costs and fees: management fee, cleaning and adjustments configured per property
- Net payout, with a line-by-line breakdown and a history of changes
Locked when issued
A statement is provisional while you prepare it and can still change. Once issued, its amounts are locked. Corrections are recorded as adjustments on a later statement, so the figure your owner saw is the figure that stays on record.
Payment status is separate: a statement is marked paid only when your team records the payout.

An owner portal, not an email attachment
Owners sign in to see their own properties, statements and documents, and nothing else. They can check the breakdown and payment status themselves instead of asking your team.
The portal is available in English, Thai, Russian and Hindi, like the rest of Propool. Owner portal access depends on your plan.
Questions
Can owners see other owners' properties?
No. Each owner sees only the properties, statements and documents shared with them.
What happens if an issued statement is wrong?
Issued amounts stay locked. The correction goes on a later statement as an adjustment, so both the original and the fix are on record.
Which currency are statements in?
Each statement is in one currency. Properties managed in Thailand are statemented in Thai baht.
