One calendar for Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda

Why Thai rentals need Agoda treated as a first-class channel

In Thailand, Agoda fills villas and condos as often as Airbnb, and Booking.com is where most European guests arrive. Propool connects all three from the start.

Every unit has one calendar. Bookings arrive from each connected channel, and prices and closed dates you set in Propool go back out to them.

What syncs

• Full sync: nightly rates, availability and reservations
• Availability-only connections where you want the channel to keep its own prices
• Calendar links (iCal) for any other platform, exchanging booked dates only
• Bookings from channels arrive as instant bookings

Rates you set once

Set a base price, then add price rules for dates, weekdays, lead time or gaps between bookings. A price you type directly on the calendar stays as a one-off for that night until you send it back to the rules. Floors and ceilings keep every calculated rate inside your limits.

Before the first sync, Propool shows a snapshot of the channel's prices next to yours, with the time it was captured, so you can review what will change before anything is sent.

Connecting each channel

Each connection uses your own account on that channel. We walk you through every step, and a unit that stops syncing is flagged in Inventory with what the channel reported.

• Airbnb: sign in to your host account and authorise Propool, then match each listing to a unit. Airbnb allows one channel manager per host account, so plan the switch for every listing on it.
• Booking.com: the property must be live, with the XML Service Agreement signed in the extranet and your property ID to hand.
• Agoda: switch on Channel Manager in YCS, select the provider and have your hotel ID ready.
