How the migration works

The Hostaway bridge, now being released, imports current and future reservations and closed dates for each apartment you match. Each match starts as import only, so nothing changes in Hostaway while you compare the two calendars.

Once a calendar matches, you can turn on temporary blocking: bookings and owner blocks made in Propool close the same nights in Hostaway, which keeps distributing to channels still connected there. Rates, content and stay rules in Hostaway are not touched.

Switch the channels when you are ready

• Airbnb: the switch covers the whole host account, so prepare every listing first
• Booking.com and Agoda: switch per property or hotel ID, on different dates if you like
• Check a future date, price, taxes and fees on the channel after each switch
• Turn off the bridge once every property is verified; imported reservations stay

What to export separately

Past accounting, payment methods, card details, conversations, automations and documents do not move through the bridge. Export what you need from Hostaway before you close the account. Multi-unit Hostaway listings need their own migration plan, which we work out with you.
